- **Lived-in color, balayage, cuts, extensions.** Founder Johnny Ramirez coined the technique known as "Lived-in Color" — dimensional color, dark at the root and bright through the ends, grown out softly so it looks natural for months.
- **Services:** Full Highlights, Partial Highlights, Gloss, Color Correction, cuts, and extensions. Every service starts with a read of the individual — nothing is one-size-fits-all.
- **Booking policy:** New York is by appointment. Miami is by appointment only. Beverly Hills is open Tuesday–Saturday, 7am–6pm.
