Color correction in Beverly Hills.
Brassy, uneven, too dark or too light: color correction at OLLIN Beverly Hills starts with a consultation, because the fix depends on what's in your hair now. It's priced then. Call (424) 204-9095 or book online. We're at 8912 W Olympic Blvd, Tuesday to Saturday.
What happens at the consultation
Your colorist looks at the color you have, the pigment underneath and the condition of your hair, and asks what's been done before, so bring your color history: box dye, keratin, past lightening, and photos of the color you want. Sometimes a strand test comes first. You leave knowing the approach, the cost and the likely timing.
Why it can take more than one visit
Your color history and your hair's condition decide how much lightening it can take in one visit. A tone fix can be done in one. Taking dark box dye out can take several appointments, weeks apart, so the hair isn't pushed further than it can go.
Brassy hair and orange tones
Lightening exposes warm tones underneath your color. If your hair is light enough for the shade you want, a toner or gloss can adjust the tone. A lighter result may need more lightening, and we plan that around your hair's condition. If the goal after correcting is blonde, we'll talk through that too.

Questions we hear
Does color correction damage hair? It can. Lightening hair that's already colored carries risk, which is why the work is planned around your hair's condition and sometimes spread out.
How much does color correction cost? We price it after the consultation, once we've seen your hair.
Can you fix box dye? Often, yes. What's possible depends on the color used and your hair's condition.
